The band “PierreBois”, from Vienna/Austria, was founded by Gina Holzmann (git, vox) and Sandra Steindl (piano, git, vox) who started writing and performing songs in 2009. After a first minimalist set of acoustic songs, Pierrebois continued to develop their own musical style, a curious mixture of deep piano baselines and garage rock guitar sounds, carried by poetic but never sentimental lyrics.
